Senior Benefits Manager (Interim-to-Perm)
Location: Onsite – Pasadena, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Perm

What You’ll Own
This role requires someone who can run the function day-to-day while identifying where it needs to improve.

Oversee benefits administration (health, retirement, leave, and related programs)

Partner with vendors and third-party administrators to improve performance and outcomes

Support 401(k) and equity program administration

Serve as the go-to resource for employees with benefits and leave questions

Evaluate programs and recommend improvements to cost, experience, and competitiveness

Streamline processes to reduce friction and increase efficiency

Ensure compliance across federal and state regulations (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, etc.)

Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and data integrity

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of benefits or total rewards experience

Strong knowledge of plan design, compliance, and administration

Experience managing vendors and complex employee situations

Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment
-
Systems experience (ADP or similar HRIS)
