Structural Engineers – Multiple Levels (Junior & Senior)
Full-Time | Career Growth | U.S. Building Design Experience Required
We are expanding our structural engineering team and seeking career-minded professionals at both the junior and senior level. These roles support the structural design and analysis of building projects across multiple materials and construction types. Candidates must have hands-on U.S. experience and a strong commitment to professional growth.
Junior-level roles require 3+ years of structural design experience.
Senior-level roles (P.E.) require 8+ years of experience and carry higher-level technical and leadership responsibility.
Experience & Education

Minimum 3 years of full-time U.S. structural engineering experience (required).

E.I.T. / E.I. certification required; P.E. preferred (Senior-level roles require P.E.).

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
What You’ll Do

Prepare structural calculations and develop designs using steel, concrete, wood, and/or masonry.

Work closely with designers/drafters to create accurate and code-compliant structural drawings.

Review and redline drawings, ensuring alignment with project requirements and engineering standards.

Evaluate design options and solve complex structural challenges using sound engineering judgment.

Apply structural analysis tools and software to produce calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports.

Support project schedules and budgets by managing hours efficiently and meeting milestones.

Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions or verify conformance with design documents.

Pursue professional licensure if not already obtained.
