Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to support preschool-aged learners in a structured, team-oriented environment. This role focuses on providing individualized instruction and meaningful support to young students with diverse learning needs, while collaborating closely with classroom staff and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction in an early childhood special education classroom

• Support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a small-group setting

• Collaborate with paraprofessionals to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Conduct assessments, track progress, and maintain required documentation

• Partner with families and childcare providers to support student success

• Participate in team meetings, planning, and compliance activities

Requirements:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education (SPED) license

• Experience with early childhood or preschool special education preferred

• Familiarity with ASD-focused instructional strategies

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
