Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025/2026 school year to serve an elementary school caseload. This contract opportunity offers the chance to support the communication development of young learners in a dynamic educational setting located in Bethlehem, PA.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments for elementary students
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress
- Monitoring and documenting student progress in alignment with IEP goals
- Participating in meetings and providing input on student needs and accommodations
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school environment
- Ability to manage a full caseload effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of educational protocols and regulations related to special education services
