Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:
\n
• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
\n• On-call requirement of 8-10 shifts per month including weekend coverage
\n• Perform pediatric and adult cardiac catheterizations, transplant procedures, biopsies, balloon and stent placements, and valve replacements
\n• Work in 2 catheterization lab rooms
\n• Minimum 1 year of experience required
\n• First-time travelers accepted
\n• Required certifications: PALS, BLS, ACLS (American Heart Association only), CCI with RCIS/RCES preferred or ARRT (R) with SCRQSA (R)
\n• Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency
\n• Prefer experience in Level I Trauma Pediatric Cath Lab and EP experience
\n• Handle congenital heart patients and various cardiac procedures
\n• Use EPIC charting system
\n• Complete non-billable modules averaging 4 hours pre-start
\n• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks with guaranteed hours protection
\n• Must be available for emergency response teams during hurricane season (June-November)
