Summary
As a Machine Operator at Finzer Roller, you will be integral to our manufacturing process, utilizing machining techniques to produce high-quality rollers.
Pay and Benefits Offered:
$19-21 per hour, PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, 401k + match, paid uniforms, paid weekly.
Responsibilities include:
- Set up and run manual and CNC engine lathes.
- Use precision measuring tools including calipers and analog micrometers.
- Read and understand work instructions and drawings.
- Use hoists and cranes for material handling.
- Maintain communication with production team.
- Focus on safe practices and quality output.
Qualifications
- 2+ years machine operation experience required.
- Basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.
- Ability to work independently or with a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Willingness to learn.
