- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, documentation, and scheduling.
- Scheduled and coordinated healthcare services, prioritizing urgent requests while ensuring all authorization and review steps were completed correctly.
- Adapted quickly to hybrid work environments, maintaining high productivity both remotely (with secure high-speed internet) and in-office.
