Job Description

Job DescriptionDescriptionSkyword connects top tier subject matter experts and creatives to incredible brands through our content marketing platforms, Skyword360 and Accelerator360. Our elite talent network, combined with our cutting-edge content marketing technology, gives our brand clients access to the best storytellers for the job at the speed and scale they need to drive business.
Skyword is seeking life sciences technology writers that bring technical expertise while writing in a reader-friendly way. We are looking for experienced science writers in areas of pharma, biotech, R&D, medical innovations and 3D cell culture. Ideal candidates will have a strong scientific background e.g., BS/Phd in relevant fields–such as chemical biology, chemistry or pharma—and/or experience in scientific research or pharmaceutical development.
We recently onboarded a life sciences organization that is a leader in life sciences laboratory tools and products, cell culture solutions, bioprocess vessels, and specialty surfaces. They are also helping to provide more reliable access to medicine with its revolutionary new glass packaging for drug storage and delivery.
Our client has asked us to proactively build a pool of talented freelance writers that they may leverage directly for asset creation. Responding to this post with your interest allows Skyword to evaluate your skillset against the needs of this particular client. If we see a match, a member of our TA team will reach out to you to schedule an interview. Being added to the client talent pool does not guarantee work will be available from this client.
If this particular opportunity is not aligned with your expertise, you may still join the Skyword talent network. To learn more about freelancing for Skyword, please click here or reach out to Nancy Tawadros at ntawadros@skyword.com.

Responsibilities: Writers will provide a mix of written content (short and long form articles, ebooks) on topics such as lab products/equipment, 3D cell culture, pharmaceutical development/manufacturing, scientific procedures, drug development and sustainability in the lab.
