Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and employee engagement
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives and growth initiatives
• Lead and motivate a team of service professionals to deliver exceptional results
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Upscale Casual Dining or Hospitality Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, additional languages beneficial
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds
