CRNA Only – 12s & No Call – 30 Min to Lake Charles – To $320K & $75K Bonus

Practice independently in a CRNA-only model at a small hospital just 30 minutes from Lake Charles. This position features a weekday schedule of 12-hour shifts, with no required call and the option to pick up additional shifts at nearby facilities for extra income. Most CRNAs here average $280K–$300K annually, while top earners reach $320K with optional call.

Receive a $75K sign-on bonus, full benefits from day one, and total retirement up to 6%. CRNAs also enjoy 8 weeks off annually, and multiple loan forgiveness programs. Cases are bread-and-butter—general surgery, ENT, ortho, urology, and ophthalmology—with opportunities to moonlight in trauma, OB, or neuro at nearby hospitals.
