ScheduleFull-Time. Flexible and independent. Monday–Friday, with preferred weekend availability (Saturdays optional).
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Primarily generate revenue through targeted door-to-door canvassing and proactive solicitation, focusing on areas with storm-damaged properties.
- Client Engagement: Meet face-to-face with potential clients, conducting professional presentations and clearly communicating the value of ARHT Home Solutions' services (roofing, siding, windows, doors).
- Storm Damage Assessment: Perform physical roof inspections by safely climbing ladders to accurately assess and document property damage for insurance claims.
- Insurance Claim Management (Specialty Focus): Act as a Roofing Storm Insurance Specialist, guiding clients through the insurance claim process to secure necessary repairs and contracts.
- Customer Service: Uphold our five-star track record by maintaining exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales and project cycle.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Previous sales experience (preferably outside sales, commission-based, or home improvement) is highly desirable. We seek motivated individuals ready to excel.
- Physical Requirements:

- Must be physically capable of climbing ladders to perform roof inspections.
- Must possess a reliable car, truck, or SUV for travel and transport of equipment.
- Must own a ladder suitable for roof inspections.
- Attributes: Ambitious, goal-oriented, self-managed, and eager to learn through continuous training.
