We are seeking reliable and experienced Lawn & Landscape Contractors to perform routine lawn maintenance and landscape services for residential, commercial, and vacant properties. This role includes mowing, trimming, cleanup, and property upkeep services. Contractors must deliver consistent, professional results while meeting service standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
- Weed removal and property cleanup
- Hedge, bush, and small tree trimming
- Leaf removal and seasonal cleanup
- Maintain curb appeal for occupied and vacant properties
- Follow work orders and service schedules
- Take before-and-after photos when required
- Report property conditions or damage
- Operate equipment safely and professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior lawn care or landscaping experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Physically able to perform outdoor work
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to follow instructions and service standards
