Plant Manager
Mission
Own all plant operations. Production, safety, quality, maintenance, and workforce execution. Deliver on time, every time, without compromising safety or standards.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Run daily production and scheduling</li>
<li>Drive machine utilization, scrap reduction, and rework control</li>
<li>Ensure accurate interpretation of drawings and fabrication standards</li>
<li>Enforce OSHA, environmental, and shop floor safety compliance</li>
<li>Lead lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve flow</li>
<li>Maintain disciplined, organized, high performing operations</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial technology, or related field</li>
<li>7 to 10 years in fabrication or machining environments</li>
<li>3 plus years in a leadership role</li>
<li>Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances</li>
<li>ERP or MRP experience</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead in fast paced operations</li>
<li>High standards and strong attention to detail</li>
