Russell Tobin's client, a financial company, is currently seeking Document Processing Specialist in Owensboro, KY.

Job Title: Document Processing Specialist /Account Processor
Location: Owensboro, KY 42301
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite | Free Parking Available
Pay Rate: $22 to $24/hr.
Overtime: Limited potentialJob Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join a fast-paced team supporting Assumptions and Subordinations processing. This role involves hands-on document handling, customer interaction, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming income checks and packages related to Assumptions and Subordinations
  • Mail outgoing packages in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure all checks are completed and packages scanned the same day
  • Assist in the phone queue to address inquiries from customers and internal partners
  • Maintain high attention to detail and meet SLA requirements

Team Environment:

  • Department size: ~30 employees
  • Daily interactions with internal team members, onsite management, and external clients via phone and email
  • Collaborative and supportive work culture

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Must be able to work full-time onsite, 8 AM – 5 PM CST

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with MSP, DOCV, or MIR systems is a plus

Interview Process:

  • One phone interview with two managers
