Role Overview:
We’re looking for ex-founders, performance marketers, and content creators who want to start a company in the future—you’d be a great fit for this role.
It’s a highly autonomous position with little handholding, where you set the direction and define your own day-to-day to drive GMV. You will own the client end to end.
What You’ll Do:
At Spotlight Media, there’s no rigid playbook—we do whatever it takes to help our brands succeed. As an Account Manager, you’ll own the client relationship end to end and drive growth through hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving. Your responsibilities will include:
- TikTok Shop Management
- Lead product selection and positioning.
- Build and manage client P&Ls to track performance and profitability.
- Creator Management
- Align sampling goals with brand objectives and quickly pivot strategies when we’re off track.
- Audit creator partnerships to identify top performers and refine outreach.
- Community & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute marketing calendars for creator communities.
- Launch and manage competitions or challenges to engage creators and drive volume.
- Advertising & Growth Strategy
- Evaluate when to deploy creative boosts or Spark Ads to maximize GMV.
- Identify and double down on unique “alphas” (winning strategies, creators, or campaigns) that differentiate a brand and unlock scale.
Compensation Range: $70k - $90k
