Home Health Marketer (Business Development)

Broward County and/or Palm Beach County, FL

Full-Time | Field-Based


About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Home Health Marketer to drive referral growth and patient admissions throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties. This is a field-based role focused on developing and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, and other healthcare referral sources.


This opportunity is ideal for a motivated healthcare sales professional who thrives on building relationships, creating new referral opportunities, and helping patients gain access to high-quality care in the comfort of their homes.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain referral relationships throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties
  • Conduct regular in-person visits with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities
  • Educate referral partners on available home health services and patient eligibility criteria
  • Identify new referral opportunities and develop strategies to increase admissions
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure a smooth patient transition into care
  • Maintain accurate records of referral activity and business development efforts
  • Represent the organization at community events, networking functions, and industry meetings
  • Consistently meet or exceed referral and admissions growth goals


Qualifications

  • Previous home health, hospice, healthcare marketing, or healthcare business development experience preferred
  • Existing referral relationships within Broward and/or Palm Beach County highly preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a field-based territory
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
