Job Title: Warehouse Support
Location: Syracuse, NY 13208
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Range: $18/hr to $20/hr.
- Local candidates only
- Mon-Fri, 8a to 5p EST
- Need folks that can drive
Top Skills Required:
- Physically fit and able to be on their feet for 8 hrs as well as the ability to Lift over 70 lbs
- Good organizational and customer service skills
- Microsoft Office Email , Word, Excel
- Forklift Preferred, but not required
- Ability to Drive and a valid driver’s license
Job Description:
General Essential Functions Which Are Normally Required:
- Interacts with customer via phone, face to face or online to determine needs and service requirements.
- Responsible for all aspects of customer service and support for high profile accounts i.e. delivery of equipment activations and billing.
- Researches and provides industry information to accounts to enable them to make informed decisions.
- Uses computer terminal and company operating systems to establish billing and features for client and respond to inquiries. May use a computer terminal in a mobile environment.
- Position may be assigned sales goals.
- Produces and distributes inventory reports.
- Provides analysis and input regarding customer returns.
- Interfaces with management, distribution centers and ROC to resolve order, return and inventory issues.
- May interface with management relative to inventory issues, scheduling and/or training.
- May perform temporary site set up for Continues Wave testing including use of mobile latis tower set up, Broadcast Van, vendor equipment which exceeds heights of 90 feet, site surveys, troubleshooting of equipment/software.
- May be responsible for fleet maintenance of drive test vehicles.
- Processes invoices.
