HIRING LPNs and RN's

Job description

Provides 1:1 individualized care to pediatric patients in their home or school setting.

Utilizes care plan to implement and evaluate the effectiveness of patient care.

Performs a focused head-to-toe assessment based on the patient's disease processes and diagnoses.

Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
