About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally
- Assist with event planning, internal communications, and project coordination
- Order office supplies and monitor inventory
- Support onboarding and documentation for new hires as needed
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of administrative or office support experience (industry-specific experience a plus)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing demands
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience supporting multiple leaders or departments
- Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Teams, Slack, or project management systems (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to team success
