Electrical Superintendent – Commercial Projects
Location: Irving, TX (Projects throughout the DFW Metroplex)
Pay: $50-$55/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Vehicle Allowance: Provided (includes gas)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee commercial electrical projects across the DFW area. This role is responsible for managing field operations, supervising crews, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
Requirements
- Active Journeyman Electrician License
- Proven commercial electrical construction experience
- Experience supervising crews and managing jobsite operations
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and safety standards
- Ability to coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to projects across DFW
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations on commercial electrical projects
- Supervise electricians and field crews to ensure productivity and quality
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and manpower with project management
- Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and code requirements
- Conduct jobsite safety meetings and maintain a safe working environment
- Monitor project progress and resolve field issues as they arise
- Communicate updates and project status with management and stakeholders
