SkillSetGroup is looking for an experience Shop Floor Supervisor to work in the Los Angeles, CA area. This position will be overseeing a small team of machinists in a high-volume aerospace macnufacturing environment. The chosen candidate must have hands-on supervisor experience in a machine shop, with knowledge of troubleshooting &amp; programming CNC machinery (Mills, Lathes, multi-axis). Knowledge of continuous improvement and optimization is a plus. This will be a DIRECT HIRE position on 1st shift.

<li>5-7 years' supervisor experience supporting setup operators, hands-on setting up and troubleshooting multi-axis CNCs.</li>
<li>3 years' previous CNC Machine Shop supervisory/lead role.</li>
<li>Previous metal component manufacturing for military/defense experience is a must.</li>
<li>Must be bilingual Spanish/English.</li>
