About the Role:

The Biologics Sales Manager will lead, manage, and hold the sales team within the Arthrex Minnesota territory accountable for the success of the Arthrex Biologics product portfolio. In this role, you will maintain expert product knowledge and ensure Biologics sales quotas and initiatives are achieved annually.

You’ll utilize Arthrex CRM and sales reporting tools, establish effective communication with team members, ensure representative engagement, and hold regular meetings to review goals and drive action. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent communication and in-person appointments. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to set the example for others.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage specific plans within your geographic area to maximize revenue, meet quotas, and support Biologic initiatives.

  • Serve as the main point of contact and technical expert for all Biologic products.

  • Develop, coach, and mentor the sales team:

    • Provide training, coaching, and motivation while engaging in sales planning and field calls.

  • Negotiate sales terms as pre-approved by the Regional Director and leadership.

  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage category performance.

  • Manage and grow key account and customer relationships.

  • Collaborate with Arthrex Regional and Product Management teams to align and execute initiatives.

  • Plan and host surgeon and staff training events at the Arthrex Minnesota Education Center.

  • Assist in organizing agency-wide Biologics meetings.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all Biologic RFPs within the territory.

  • Attend surgeries to provide technical expertise and guidance to surgeons and OR staff.

  • Travel to Arthrex Headquarters in Naples, FL for personal and customer training events.

  • Travel 3+ days per week and occasionally work weekends.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Minimum 3+ years of Biologics product sales experience.

  • Effective management and leadership skills.

  • Strong time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organizational abilities.

  • Professional appearance and presentation required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Strong attention to detail and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

  • Initiative-driven, proactive, and collaborative.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk, or hear; use hands to handle or touch objects or controls; and regularly stand or walk. Occasionally, the employee may stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders. Must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
