Are You Qualified?

Whether you have experience in schools or not, you may be the perfect fit for us! The most important quality we seek is a genuine love for working with children. Many of our best educators come from diverse backgrounds, including customer service, healthcare, and retail!

If you have the following, we would love to hear from you:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Professional Development Units / Credits (preferred)
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
• A passion for working with children
• A willingness to grow and learn
• Prior experience with the assigned age group
• Ability to meet specific state standards and/or accreditation requirements
• Proficiency in using standard office equipment such as laptops and smartphones
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
