Job Title: Project Manager/Coordinator
Location: Minneapolis Metro
Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 / annually
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and unlimited PTO.
In partnership with our client, we are seeking a customer-focused Project Manager/Coordinator to support a tenured estimator and serve as the local, boots-on-the-ground presence across the Twin Cities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, working directly with clients, and helping guide projects from initial assessment through completion.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for projects following property loss events
- Meet with clients to assess needs and provide support
- Conduct site visits and take measurements to assist the estimator
- Coordinate and help initiate reconstruction services
- Communicate with insurance partners and internal teams to keep projects moving
- Manage 6–10 projects at a time across the Twin Cities
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in project management, field services, or customer-facing roles
- Basic construction knowledge (roofing, remodeling, or similar backgrounds are a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
