Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician / Radiology

Job Details:
\n
• Work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with no weekends or on-call responsibilities
\n• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals and other medications to patients
\n• Perform diagnostic studies per physician orders
\n• Receive and record radiopharmaceuticals
\n• Conduct daily/weekly QC dose testing
\n• Process data and enhance digital images using advanced computer technology
\n• Provide images, data analysis and patient information for diagnostic interpretation
\n• Evaluate images to determine technical quality and calibration of instrumentation
\n• Process images for radiologist/cardiologist review
\n• Post process imaging within Xeleris and record information in Nemis
\n• Effectively utilize Electronic Health Record systems
\n• Perform nuclear medicine and treadmill stress tests under cardiologist direction
\n• Work alongside cardiologist or ACLS RN for stress echo and treadmill procedures
\n• Clean room after every patient and maintain work area on routine basis
\n• Must have 3 years recent Nuclear Med Tech experience in hospital setting
\n• Required certifications: ARRT in Nuclear Medicine or CNMT Registration, BLS through American Heart Association
\n• Must be familiar with GEHC NM Infinia & NEMIS / Xeleris 5.0 equipment
\n• Must be able to start within 2 weeks of accepting offer
