Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and valid RN license
- Experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing units
- Ability to provide high-quality care with attention to detail
- Willingness to float between med/surg and tele units as assigned
- Comfortable working night shifts with 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts (18:45 - 07:15)
- Capable of managing patient ratios up to 6:1
Position Details and Responsibilities:
- Contract role with a commitment to either 48 hours per week or alternating 36/48-hour schedules
- Administer nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Respond effectively to changing patient needs across different units
- Promote patient safety and advocate for patient comfort and well-being
