Lafayette area business is currently seeking a part-time Secretary for an immediate opening. This person will be responsible for:
- Data entry
- Multi-line Phones
- Scheduling and Calendar Management
- Filing
- Records Management
- Inventory of office supplies
- Assisting with light bookkeeping
$14.00/hr
Weekdays
15-25hrs per week (flexible schedule)
Other requirements:
- Pre-employment screening
- Previous experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Familiarity wiith office equipment (copying, scanning, printing, faxing).
- Reliable transportation to and from job site
