Amazing U Community Services is seeking a dedicated and reliable Job Coach to join our team on a part-time, flexible schedule as a 1099 contractor. This role involves supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their employment goals and promoting independence in the workplace. The position requires travel across Passaic, Essex, Union, Middlesex, and Bergen counties.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-the-job coaching and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  
  
• Assist with job skill development, workplace integration, and building independence.
  
  
• Collaborate with employers, guardians, and agency staff to ensure successful employment outcomes.
  
  
• Travel to various worksites across the listed counties.
  
  
• Complete required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  
  

Requirements:

• Associate degree required (bachelor's degree preferred).
  
  
• Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a vocational support role.
  
  
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
  
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Dependable, flexible, and committed to empowering others.
  
  
• Must pass background check and meet state requirements for employment.
  
  

Schedule:

• Part-time, flexible hours based on client needs.
  
  
• May include mornings, afternoons, and occasional evenings.
  
  

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate (1099 contractor)
• Mileage reimbursement for travel
