Responsibilities
- Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and neighborhood marketing
- Schedule free inspections and consultations for homeowners
- Educate customers on:
- Roofing
- Siding
- Replacement windows
- Gutters & gutter protection systems
- Deck construction & home renovations
- Build and maintain strong homeowner relationships
- Follow up on leads and guide customers through the sales process
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner

Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license (willing to travel)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
- Sales experience preferred, not required
- Must pass a background check
