Job DescriptionPosition Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) to provide behavioral health services to individuals with mental health and/or substance use needs. This role may work with youth, adults, or both depending on program needs.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and diagnose mental health/SUD conditions

Develop and update treatment plans

Provide individual and group therapy (CBT, DBT, etc.)

Complete timely clinical documentation
-
Respond to crises and ensure patient safety

Collaborate with clinical team and coordinate care
Qualifications

Master's Degree in Social Work
-
Active LISW license (Ohio required)

Experience in behavioral health preferred

Strong communication and documentation skills
