We are looking for an experienced IT Client Account Coordinator to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing schedules, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of IT systems and tools. Previous MSP experience is highly preferred. This role is hybrid, onsite in Boston 3-4 days a week.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage calendars for Client Leads, Consultants, and Technical Account Managers to ensure efficient scheduling and resource allocation.

• Utilize Microsoft 365 tools and platforms such as ConnectWise or Autotask to track and maintain project workflows.

• Prepare and deliver detailed reports using standardized templates while ensuring accuracy and clarity.

• Foster strong communication with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.

• Oversee project timelines and ensure all deliverables are met within agreed-upon deadlines.

• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

• Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Support document coding and ensure proper handling of client-related documentation.

• Maintain and update relevant systems to ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Enterprise tools and platforms such as ConnectWise and Autotask.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle complex schedules and multiple tasks.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relations.

• Experience with document coding and maintaining accurate documentation.

• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights through reporting.

• Familiarity with IT service management processes and tools.

• Previous experience working at a MSP is highly preferred.
