Cody's Appliance Repair Inc, in Eagle, Idaho, is seeking an technician manager for our family owned and operated company in Eagle, Idaho. We are looking for someone with experience in the appliance repair field who can manage our current 12 trained technicians.

This position would include assistance for technicians seeking guidance (techline) and tracking performance to help achieve personal goals and maintain a high quality of professional service. Some office work will include prescreening, performance tracking, onboarding and offboarding. Field work would include customer emergencies, as well as technician assistance and training.

All terms are negotiable, depending on experience, but salary would include health insurance benefits, retirement, paid vacations, and help with relocation, if necessary.

Qualifications for Employment:

* No felony convictions or probation
* Clean driving record
* Experience in the appliance repair field (approximately +10 years)
* Able to read and write proficiently, in English
* Can read meters and schematics
* Can use technology and can keyboard efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
