Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at a middle and high school setting in Loveland, CO. This onsite position offers a contract role with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week, beginning as soon as possible through May 22, 2026.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy to students at middle and high school levels
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other specialists to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting intervention strategies as needed
- Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with school and state regulations
- Participating in team meetings to support student success and communicate therapeutic goals
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Licensed or certified Speech-Language Pathologist with relevant credentials
- Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with middle and high school students
- Strong skills in speech and language assessment, intervention techniques, and evidence-based practices
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
