About the Role
Join a mission-driven healthcare team supporting Sales Representatives across the U.S. You’ll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting tools, answering product questions, and guiding agents through the sales process — all while providing top-tier phone-based support.
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound phone support for internal sales agents
Assist with tools, application status, onboarding, and certification questions
Troubleshoot system navigation issues
Resolve inquiries related to member concerns, Medicaid verification, and commissions
Clearly document all interactions
Meet weekly performance metrics
What You Bring
1+ year of customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer navigation & multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
High school diploma or equivalent
Bonus Points If You Have
Call center experience
Medicare or healthcare background
Experience supporting sales teams
Familiarity with insurance applications
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm local time
