You will be working with one of the top teams in the company. We have continued to be very successful and have more prospects than we can handle, and are looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team.


In this hybrid/work-from-home role, we will set your phone appointments, and you will be responsible for closing sales and following up with customers. You will also be trained to open accounts face-to-face. This dual approach has been proven by the unusually high number of top performers on our team. Compensation:

$90,000 - $130,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Be prompt when calling prospects at the appointment time
  • Contact potential customers through phone and email
  • Present our insurance products and services to potential customers and answer any questions they may have
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement sales strategies


Qualifications:

  • Health and Life License
  • Must be licensed in at least 20 states
  • Proven experience as an inside sales representative or in a related role
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
