Experienced Industrial Journeyman Electricians—Apply Now!
TRIFECTA™ needs journeymen who already have proven skills on 480 V–15 kV systems, MCCs, VFDs, and PLCs. If you’ve completed a full apprenticeship (or equivalent) and have 4+ years of hands-on industrial experience, we want you. Earn top pay, weekly checks, and overtime—no training wheels. Start as soon as 24–48 hours after applying.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• 480 V Power Distribution & Motor Controls | Install, troubleshoot, and maintain motor control centers (MCCs) and variable frequency drives (VFDs)
• Medium-Voltage (5 kV–15 kV) Splicing & Terminations | Perform MV feeder splices/terminations, transformer hookups, and switchgear alignment
• PLC Programming & Troubleshooting | Work independently on Rockwell/Allen-Bradley RSLogix 5000 or Siemens TIA Portal logic—edit, debug, and commission control code
• Control Panel Wiring & Assembly | Build and wire control panels, install relays, contactors, pushbuttons, pilot lights, and control transformers to spec
• Shutdown & Turnaround Leadership | Lead plant shutdowns/turnarounds: wire pulls, terminations, motor replacements, and control retrofits under tight deadlines
• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance | Perform routine inspections, megger/hi-pot testing, infrared scanning, and motor winding checks on critical equipment
• Blueprint & One-Line Diagram Reading | Interpret and troubleshoot from detailed prints, panel layouts, and schematics to execute installs and repairs
• Safety & Compliance | Enforce NFPA 70E Arc-Flash procedures, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and OSHA-10 standards on industrial sites
• Troubleshooting & Fault Finding | Isolate faults in control circuits, motors, pumps, sensors, and instrumentation (4–20 mA loops) with minimal downtime
• Team Collaboration & Communication | Coordinate with foremen, engineers, and other trades (millwrights, pipefitters) to meet project milestones
