Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting K-12 students in a vibrant school setting near Shawnee, KS. This full-time, contract-based assignment spans the 2026-2027 school year, running from August 3, 2026, through May 21, 2027. Professionals in this role will work 37.5 hours per week, making a meaningful impact as they collaborate directly on campus.

Openings are available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists with CCCs, Clinical Fellows, and SLPAs. Assignments involve providing direct services across 1-3 schools within the district, serving a diverse student population. Specific caseloads and locations will be discussed further during interviews as building needs are finalized for the upcoming year.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Current or eligible Kansas licensure as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CF, or SLPA
Background in supporting K-12 students in a school environment
Ability to manage caseloads across multiple campuses
Commitment to on-site service delivery (remote opportunities are not available)
Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students with varied needs
Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP meetings and documentation
Collaborate with educational teams, families, and related service providers
Adapt interventions based on student progress and best practices in the field
Maintain compliance with district, state, and professional standards
