Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Day Shift
Location: Palmer, AK 99645
Schedule & Shift: Variable Day Shifts | 12-hour shifts
Weekly Hours: 36 hours
Pay Rate: Up to $26/hour

Position Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality, resident-centered care during day shifts. This role supports a skilled nursing population and plays a vital part in ensuring residents’ comfort, safety, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility assistance

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report any changes

• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

• Assist with meal service and accurate documentation

• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and care protocols

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Alaska

• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
