The Supervisor or Project Manager oversees field personnel and serves as the primary liaison. This role ensures project execution, workforce coordination, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between supplier and Client
- Manage and supervise CO Technicians and Installers
- Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and site access
- Monitor productivity and workforce performance
- Replace underperforming personnel as needed
- Attend project meetings and provide status updates
- Manage escalation issues and resolve operational challenges
- Oversee administrative tasks including system access and reporting
- Lead RFC (Request for Change) processes and approvals
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Background in telecom network deployment or central office operations
- Project management experience (telecom preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with workflow systems and reporting tools
