Responsibilities
- Supervising daily operations to ensure quality service, food safety, and efficiency.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff performance.
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction by resolving complaints professionally
- Controlling operational costs, managing inventory, and improving profits.
- Ensuring compliance with sanitation, licensing, and safety regulations.
- Promoting the brand, managing social media, and organizing events to increase revenue.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or similar role.
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, leadership, and organization skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software (POS system, etc).
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Flexible hours, often including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations, such as, for instance, a busy shift with many customers.
