Responsibilities

  • Supervising daily operations to ensure quality service, food safety, and efficiency.
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff performance.
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction by resolving complaints professionally
  • Controlling operational costs, managing inventory, and improving profits.
  • Ensuring compliance with sanitation, licensing, and safety regulations.
  • Promoting the brand, managing social media, and organizing events to increase revenue.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or similar role.
  • Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, leadership, and organization skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant management software (POS system, etc).
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
  • Flexible hours, often including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations, such as, for instance, a busy shift with many customers.
