What You’ll Do
As our Human Resource Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our team and ensuring our workplace runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and values.
- Managing employee relations by fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Supporting managers and employees with HR-related concerns, offering guidance and solutions.
- Driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and managing payroll, benefits, and other administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in human resources, with a proven track record in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple priorities.
