Actively seeking a talented Restaurant Manager, an Events Manager and a Sous Chef for a New Restaurant Opening!

The Restaurant Manager will:
· Have 5+ years of upscale management experience
· Have excellent wine knowledge and experience in Pacific Northwest Wines & Cuisine
· Have Private Events experience (Hotel or Banquets, Wine Dinners, ect)
· Have New Restaurant Opening experience
· Ensure the utmost quality and consistency in food and service
· Have a passion for building, training, and leading a strong team
· Maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals
The Sous Chef will:
· Have 5+ years of upscale management experience
· Have excellent local knowledge and experience in Pacific Northwest Wines & Cuisine
· Have Private Events experience (Hotel or Banquets, Wine Dinners, ect)
· Have scratch kitchen experience
· Ensure the utmost quality and consistency in food and service
· Have a passion for building, training, and leading a strong team
· Maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals
The Events Manager will:
· Have 5+ years of upscale management experience in a restaurant group or concept
· Have excellent wine knowledge and experience in Pacific Northwest Wines & Cuisine
· Have Private Events experience (Hotel or Banquets, Wine Dinners, ect)
· Have New Restaurant Opening experience
· Ensure the utmost quality and consistency in food and service
· Have a passion for building, training, and leading a strong team
· Maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals
