Primary Responsibilities
Sales, Marketing & Relationship Management
Promote and sell SERVPRO services within an assigned territory to meet or exceed sales goals
Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships through daily marketing calls and partner visits
Develop new business by identifying prospects and executing a systematic outreach process
Educate clients and customers on SERVPRO services, competitive advantages, and brand benefits
Oversee and maintain the client database using CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and activities
Increase brand awareness through participation in professional associations, trade shows, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) events
Utilize SERVPRO marketing tools to effectively market services and communicate value
Monitor and follow up on assigned jobs to ensure customer satisfaction and needs are met
Provide management with sales updates, revenue reporting, and territory performance insights
Consistently grow territory revenue by achieving and exceeding established goals
Requirements
Experience & Skill Set
Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience
Strong process- and results-driven mindset
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Highly dependable, self-motivated, and proactive
Ability to multitask and manage multiple relationships effectively
Strong business and financial acumen
Working knowledge of CRM platforms and current business software technologies
Ability to pass a background check (as allowed by law)
Education
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
Equivalent experience will be considered
