What We Look For...
We are seeking a rockstar Bartender who can professionally handcraft cocktails, maintain a clean, organized bar while serving customers, and servers in a professional, positive and energetic manner, and . The ideal candidate should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of bar.
- Mixes ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
- Complete drink orders using proper levels of alcohol, always using pre-measured shot glass.
- Assist with beverage recipes, creating signature items for the bar and lounge.
- Assist with bar inventory.
- Provides full dinner service at the bar with appropriate food knowledge.
The Model Qualifications:
- 1- 2 years previous restaurant and/or bartending experience required.
- TIPS/RBS Certification Required
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
