We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to become a part of our dedicated team!

Work Schedule

  • Monday: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:45 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 6:45 AM - 4:00 PM

Appointments for recare last 60 minutes, while new patient visits are 90 minutes!

Scaling and root planing (SRP) sessions are 60-90 minutes, adaptable based on hygienist availability!

We offer bi-weekly hourly compensation, with an option for Daily Pay to access earnings as they are accrued.

Potential to earn daily and quarterly bonuses!

Our practice is equipped with advanced tools such as iTero, Velscope, and we provide continuing education coverage!

Full-time positions require a minimum of 30 hours to qualify for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid holidays, 401(k), dental, vision, wellness benefits, and more!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid dental hygienist license in Illinois and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
  • Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene practices, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

  • Open to both new graduates and experienced hygienists!
  • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care.
  • Clinical requirements as needed by the office.

Physical Requirements

  • Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling essential job functions.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally.
  • Willingness to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
  • To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both staff and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment. The test will be organized during the pre-employment process, with necessary guidance provided. This does not apply in the states of FL & TN.
