Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Work onsite, dedicating 37.5 hours per week to empower young minds and nurture growth across three unique positions: a 2nd grade learning support role, a Wilson Reading teaching position for grades 3-8, and a K-2 emotional support classroom.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
- Valid PA certification in Special Education and Elementary Education.
- Proven experience implementing the Wilson Language System for the Wilson Reading position (grades 3-8).
- Experience working with K-8 populations, especially in specialized support or resource settings, is highly desired.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to create inclusive, engaging, and structured learning environments.
- Commitment to supporting students’ individual educational plans (IEPs) and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specially designed instruction in accordance with students’ IEPs.
- Create lesson plans, provide targeted small-group or individualized instruction, and assess academic progress.
- Collaborate with related service providers, administrators, and families.
- Maintain accurate records, report on student progress, and participate in IEP meetings.
- Foster a safe, positive, and supportive classroom climate.
