Exciting opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologist to join a high-performing inpatient neurology team in New York’s Capital Region. This hospital-based role offers a flexible 7 on/7 off or 14 on/14 off block schedule with no outpatient responsibilities, allowing for exceptional work-life balance.

Practice in a designated Primary Stroke Center providing comprehensive inpatient neurological care within a collaborative, physician-led environment. Ideal for neurologists seeking predictable scheduling, strong hospital support, and a focus purely on inpatient medicine.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient neurological care
• Manage acute stroke, epilepsy, dementia, neuropathies, and movement disorders
• Evaluate and treat brain tumors, back pain, and complex neurological cases
• Collaborate with subspecialty neurologists and hospital teams
• Participate in 24-hour hospital coverage during scheduled blocks
• Utilize neurodiagnostic services and hospital-based resources
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care

✅ Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• Active or eligible for New York medical license
• DEA certification (or eligible)
• Strong inpatient clinical experience
• Commitment to team-based, patient-centered care

Working Hours

• 7 on/7 off or 14 on/14 off schedule
• 24-hour inpatient coverage during scheduled rotation
• No outpatient clinic responsibilities
• Weekends included within block schedule
