BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Operator Job in Santa Clara, CA USA 95050
Position Title: Manufacturing Operator
Location: Santa Clara, CA USA 95050
Shift Timing: Mon - Friday 40.00 Hours Per Week
Anticipated start date: 1-2 Weeks
Duration: 9+ Months contract and the possibility to be extended the contract.
Pay Rate: $29.00 - $29.41/Hr on W2
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to support production operations. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality medical and diagnostic products while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products according to detailed specifications and work instructions
Use appropriate tools and equipment to ensure precise and efficient builds
Follow standardized procedures to maintain consistent production output and quality
Monitor workflow to meet daily and weekly production targets while minimizing downtime
Perform quality control inspections on raw materials, subassemblies, and finished products
Manage inventory levels to support continuous production operations
Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively
Identify and report production issues or deviations to supervisors
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency with manufacturing tools and/or related software
High School Diploma or GED required
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day)
Work Environment:
Fully onsite role in Santa Clara, CA
Fast-paced manufacturing setting with a focus on quality and efficiency
