Pay: $20–$22 per hour

4-6 month contract

Addison Group is hiring for our client, a growing organization seeking a dependable Administrative Assistant to provide hands-on support to their operations team. This is a part-time contract opportunity.


Job Description:

We're looking for a motivated, adaptable professional who enjoys staying busy and helping where needed. In this role, you'll support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks while working closely with a team leader. No two days will be exactly the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team and leadership.
  • Deliver and post notices at various properties.
  • Travel to local properties for tours, document pick-up, and other business needs.
  • Assist with general office tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Help ensure daily operations run smoothly by completing a variety of administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative, office support, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to jump in where needed.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to follow direction effectively.
  • Comfortable traveling locally throughout the workday as needed.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.

Additional Details:

  • Part-time schedule averaging 20–29 hours per week.
  • Flexible scheduling with consistent weekly hours.
  • 4–6 month contract
  • Fully onsite in Loveland, CO.
