Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Pharmacists are needed for per diem work at multiple retail pharmacy locations across Minnesota, including Wells, Walker, Sandstone, and Warroad. This opportunity involves covering shifts on May 14th and 15th at four distinct sites. The work setting combines specialty pharmacy with both long-term care and retail responsibilities.
Schedule/Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Specific dates: May 14th and May 15th
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in retail and long-term care settings
- Provide patient consultations and medication therapy management
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and facility policies
- Administer immunizations as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
Desired Qualifications:
- Licensed Pharmacist with current licensure to practice in Minnesota
- Immunization Certification required
- CPR Certification preferred
- PharmD degree or MTM certification highly beneficial
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
